On February 14 the SALBIS group partner Arrate Pinto Carral, along with two other teachers and researchers from the School of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering of Ponferrada Campus, attended the set of the chain rtvcyl 8 Bierzo to collaborate as part of the activities scheduled for the week of women and girls in science.
In this interview, professional aspects of each of the different disciplines developed by these three researchers were described, but above all, the importance of motivation to promote knowledge applied to society was highlighted.
The aim of these interventions is to attract girls and adolescents to the world of research and technology, which the SALBIS group also combines with socio-health research, as reflected in the interview. The programme will be broadcasted on Friday 15 at 21:30.
