Invited lecture on Social Network Analysis and how to spread leadership and enthusiasm in the nursing profession, at the at the Universidad de la Frontera (Chile)
On May 5, 2023, the Opening of the 2023 Academic Year of theAcademic Year 2023 of the Master’s Degree in Nursing, mention in Care of the Universidad de la Frontera, as well as the event celebrating the 60th anniversary of the nursing career. This event brought together 120 undergraduate and master’s degree students at the Universidad de la Frontera.
Dr. Pilar Marqués IP of the SALBIS Research Group of the University of Leon, and partner of Grupo 40+Iniciativa Enfermera, was the keynote speaker for the opening of the the event, with a presentation entitled: “How to spread leadership and enthusiasm in the nursing profession”.
During herbriefly presented the methodology of the Social Network Analysis, and highlighted the importance of the importance of the relational structure for the contagion not only of diseases, but also of the contagion not only of diseases, but also of attitudes and emotions within organizations.
