This year these actions have been an important effort and challenge; to adapt activities to the new situation and innovate in new ways of communicating, complying with the necessary sanitary measures
More than one hundred students from Bierzo this week passed through different workshops designed on the Ponferrada Campus virtually. From the Degree in Nursing, our colleague Enedina Quiroga, was in charge of the workshops. Let’s give a hand! and Clean hands, safe hands! The objective of these workshops was to bring to the educational population the knowledge and appropriate techniques of proper hand hygiene.
The crisis generated by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has highlighted the importance of adopting basic hygiene measures to prevent some easily transmitted diseases. Hand washing with soap and water or with a hydroalcoholic disinfectant is essential to protect yourself from COVID-19, but also from other viruses. It is a key measure to protect ourselves individually, but also to protect and prevent the community from the spread of coronavirus and other infections.
